About Credo Reference

Credo Reference (formerly credoreference) is an online reference service which uses publications from over fifty publishers to provide quality in-depth information on a variety of different subjects of which art, religion, biography, medicine, science, and language are just a few examples. This can enable you to find the answers to many of your most taxing questions, write an essay, or simply explore an interest. Resources include a crossword solver, a conversion tool, encyclopaedias, dictionaries and thesauri, the Bridgeman art library archive, amongst many others. As well as having a vast amount of information in text form Credo Reference boasts 60,000 images including medical images, maps, and audio files.

Search facilities vary from a simple quick search to searching within particular subjects and publications. They have also created an innovative concept map to help explore subjects.

This resource is accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection. From outside Westminster libraries simply type in the barcode number on your Westminster library card.
