Benefits & services A-Z 
From the Department for Work and Pensions (which was the DSS until 2001). Includes downloadable claim forms.

Digital Unite 
Formerly called Hairnet, this is a Computer & Internet training organisation for the over 50s.

Disabled Living Foundation
News, information and links on all matters related to disability, with special emphasis on adaptive equipment to assist with disability.

NHS Direct Online
Information on the 24 hour advice line staffed by nurses, conditions and treatment, and an A-Z of the NHS. Includes a database of local services like doctors and dentists.

Saga Health
Health information from the company specialising in services for older people.

Care Homes Guide
Guide to 18,000 care homes nationwide with a variety of search options.
