St James's Library is situated on the first floor of Westminster City Hall, above the One Stop Services in Victoria Street. This is Westminster's newest library and opens earlier than our other libraries for the sake of the many local residents and commuters rushing to their offices and schools. Among the services provided are regular sessions for the Under 5s, and free Internet Taster Sessions on Wednesdays.

Access for people with disabilities:

	Wheelchair access via a ramp to the ground floor of the building.
	The library is located on the first floor. Access is via a lift of a suitable size for wheelchair users and others with impaired mobility, or a staircase (17 steps) with handrail.
	The library is on one level.
	There is level access on the ground floor to the wheelchair accessible toilet located in One Stop Services.
	Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
