What to do if you have concerns about your child’s development

It’s important to remember that all children develop at different rates. Every child will grow and learn in his or her own individual way. So your child may develop new skills at a completely different rate from other children - even siblings. There are also differences between girls and boys in the rate of their development. However if you’re concerned about any aspect your child’s health or development, you should contact your doctor or health professional.
