Become a Friend of the City of Westminster Archives today?
Westminster City Archives is keen to increase awareness of and promote access to its extensive collections, which provide a unique record of the life of Westminster, Marylebone and Paddington from Tudor times to the present day.
We invite those with an interest in the local area and its heritage to become a Friend of the Archives, and play a part in the future of the past.
What would you receive as a Friend?
- a chance to see behind the scenes
- information about what is happening e.g. events and acquisitions
- an invitation to special functions e.g. exhibitions and book launches
- an opportunity to be involved in indexing projects
- a social calendar of activities such as cultural days out, parties and talks

- a forum for those interested in local history
- feedback from users
- a sounding board for new ideas
- help at external events e.g. Open Days, SOG Fair
- volunteers for special projects e.g. conservation, indexing

Annual subscriptions are:
- Individuals: £14.00 per annum
- Joint membership (two individuals at the same address): £22.00 per annum
- Groups and societies: £25.00 per annum
