Difficulty getting to a library?

If you are a Westminster resident and find it too difficult to get to a library because you are getting on in years or you have a disability or long-term illness, or you are caring for someone, our Home Library Service will come to you.

There are access details for each library on their individual home pages beneath the address details. We are constantly working to improve the accessibility of our services.

We have specific information for those with hearing impairment or visual impairment and those who need wheelchair access.

You might also find it useful to take a look at the Weldis database, which has details of a huge range of services and facilities for elderly people and those with disabilities or chronic illness.
