By calling these numbers customers can have a text-based conversation with a contact centre agent or council worker.


Textphone/minicom online - customers can also access this service via the council’s website by going to http://www.westminster.gov.uk/textphone/.

Textphone/minicom online works like an instant messaging service letting customers have 'real time' written conversations with the council.


Mobile phone - deaf and hard of hearing customers can now text a brief question to the council for a response on 07797 882705
