Fees & charges 2008-9
Most things that you can get from Westminster Libraries are FREE: you don't have to pay anything
- to join,
- to borrow books,
- to use reference materials,
- to ask questions or
- to use the Internet and most other computer facilities (if you are a library member).
However, there are charges for some 'extra' services (e.g.: research), for some facilities for which the libraries incur an ongoing cost (e.g.: photocopying & printing) and for practices that could inconvenience other customers (e.g.: returning borrowed items late).
[These charges come into force on 1 April 2008]
