Applying to hold an Event

Please read our guidelines for holding an event, then complete and return the Event Application Form attached. The documents are in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format and may be freely downloaded. Please note that due to workload, we will be closely scrutinising ALL new event requests as our annual events calendar is already full and new events may not be able to be accommodated. Event application forms and guidelines were updated during July 2005 and replace earlier versions.
