Landlord's Incentive Scheme
Helping people in housing need find a home.

Many people come to us asking for help to find a home. We can only offer a home to a small number of people that come to us. In the vast majority of cases, their housing need can be provided through the private sector.

The Landlord’s Incentive Scheme is a new way to help individuals and families who need a home, find one in the private rented sector.

We will pay you a non-refundable sum and arrange insurance cover for a period of 12 months to cover you against damage to your contents.

We ask in return, that you offer a 12 month assured shorthold tenancy to our nominated tenant with an option to renew the agreement at the end of the tenancy.

On top of that, if the property is in Westminster we guarantee that any valid Housing Benefit claim made by your tenant is paid within 35 working days
