Housing Business Plan for 2008/09, sets out the key strategic priorities for Westminster's Housing Service over the year and the resources, activities and targets that will enable us to meet them.
The Strategic Housing Services Performance Bulletin
The bulletin is produced around the third week following the month end and includes performance charts and commentary on our performance. Each month we also focus on a particular topic of interest in our "In the Spotlight" section.
Performance Bulletin - Quarter 1 2008/09
- Number of households in temporary accommodation is just behind profile at the end of Quarter 1, with a figure of 2,833 at 30 June, against a year to date (YTD) target of 2,832.
- 54 empty private sector dwellings returned into occupation at 30 June, against a YTD target of 63.
- 96 households prevented from homelessness at 30 June, against a YTD target of 63. The annual target is 690.
