Help is at hand for families living in temporary accommodation

We know that living in temporary accommodation is hard. Finding employment and training is difficult when you have been out of work for a while and have to pay a lot each week in rent. Settling into an unfamiliar area can be daunting and hard to cope with.  We know that homelessness can be particularly difficult for children.

Easing the burden

We want to help make things a little bit easier. We have set up several projects help you carry on living your life as normally as possible while you are living in temporary accommodation. These projects offer everything from practical help with getting back into work and training or finding your way around your new neighbourhood, to simple fun fun fun - like our summer programme for kids.
