Choice Based Lettings

When council and housing association homes become available we advertise them in a flyer and on our website and invite priority housing applicants to bid for them.

If we give you priority for housing, we will place your application into one of four Bands - A, B, C or S - and is give you points to reflect your priority.

Each week, we advertise the properties we have available and invite you to 'bid' for any property you would like to move to, using your points and priority as 'currency'. Subject to certain restrictions, we give the property to the bidder with the most points and greatest priority.
