Westminster residents over 60 are not charged for the hire of Talking Books and are entitled to a reduced rate for film and music hire.

Many Westminster libraries run weekly Silver Surfer sessions. These are IT courses for absolute beginners, as well as more advanced groups. Our home library service also brings the library to you.
