The Expert Patients Programme is a self management course giving people the confidence, skills and knowledge to better manage their condition and be in more control of their lives. Long-term conditions include diabetes, cancer, heart disease, asthma, back pain or arthritis. Courses are run by tutors who have a long-term health condition themselves. Want to stop smoking? The Stop Smoking Service is available to anyone who lives or works in Westminster.
