Hardy House & St Lukes lifts (AA801b)

This 2-phased project is part of a larger phased scheme. The aim of the scheme is to deliver and maintain decent homes, to improve energy efficiency and to invest by replacing lifts that no longer meet the relevant British Standards, or where parts are now obsolete. We also plan to complete upgrades where practically possible to bring the lifts in line with BS8899 the standards for Firefighting Equipment within existing buildings, a positive move for our residents’ safety.
