The Special Events Group provides a one-stop regulation and information service for event and filming activities on the Council's public highway areas.
To fulfil Council's obligations to ensure event and filming activities are carried out safely, and with minimum disruption to other highway users, officers give advice and permission to event organisers or filming companies on issues relating to:

The Group also acts as a single point of contact within the Council for information concerning public events in Westminster and co-ordinates delivery of Council services necessary to support such activities.
