If you are bothered by noise from deliveries or collections, please call us on 020 7641 2000.

If deliveries and collections are a constant problem it would be useful if you could provide us with further information such as:

  • details of the vehicle and premises involved
  • when it first occurred
  • how often it occurs and how long it carries on for
  • aspect of the delivery that has given rise to complaint

If a vehicle has been left with its engine running or music playing while parked, the noise team can come and deal it. Please call us on 020 7641 2000.

Unfortunately the noise team cannot control noise created from normal traffic flow, even in congested areas. We are also unable to divert buses and coaches from their normal routes.
