Unitary Development Plan (UDP)

UDP Front Cover Image - A view of Cardinal PlaceWestminster's Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was approved by Full Council on the 24th January 2007.  It sets out our planning policies for developing land, improving transport and protecting the environment in Westminster for the next 10-15 years and is available electronically below.  The UDP will be replaced by a Local Development Framework (LDF) under the planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

UDP Prices
  • UDP (paper copy including Proposals Map) £70 + £15 postage and packaging.  For concessions (students, residents and charities) the UDP including the Proposals Map will cost £35 + £15 p&p.
  • UDP Proposals Map £15 including postage and packaging.  £10 for concessions.
  • UDP and Proposals Map on CD £20 including postage and packaging.

Paper copies of the UDP and the Proposals Map can also be collected from Westminster's One Stop Services, and are available electronically free of charge above.
