Westminster's Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was approved by Full Council on the 24th January 2007. It sets out our planning policies for developing land, improving transport and protecting the environment in Westminster for the next 10-15 years and is available electronically below. The UDP will be replaced by a Local Development Framework (LDF) under the planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Historical UDP documents are available on our UDP Review page. You can also check our Publications page for details of other planning publications.
Further Information
Paper copies of the UDP and the Proposals Map can also be collected from Westminster's One Stop Services, and are available electronically free of charge above.
