Draft Planning Brief - Victoria Street, Buckingham Gate and Palace Street Site, SW1 - this was approved for public consultation at the 1 March 2007 Planning and City Development Committee.

The draft Planning Brief identifies seven potential development parcels on the site and sets out the planning framework and other material considerations for any major development proposals on the site.
