Middlesex Hospital Planning Brief

The Council has adopted a planning brief for the redevelopment of the Middlesex Hospital site on Mortimer Street, W1 which has recently become vacant. The brief was adopted by the Planning and City Development Committee on 15th December 2005.

The public consultation draft of the brief was approved in December 2004 and public consultation carried out in January/February 2005. The site is owned by the University College London Hospital Trust, and the adopted brief sets out the guidelines for a mixed use redevelopment of the site.
