The proposals
In a departure from the council’s other action plans, the draft ORB action plan presents a series of concept designs. These illustrate the possible use of high quality materials, bespoke street furniture, greening opportunities, enhancement of public spaces and iconic lighting that encompass the three streets. These concept designs are presented to you for comment.
