Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)

Westminster City Council has adopted its Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) which sets out how the Council will engage with communities in plan making and in deciding planning applications.

Paper copies of the SCI and of the report of the independent inspector who was appointed to consider representations on the draft SCI are available to view at One Stop Services, 62 Victoria Street, SW1 (Monday - Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.; Saturday, 9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.) or by calling the LDF Team on 020 7641 3052.  Paper copies are available at Westminster's libraries and other One Stop Services.  Addresses for these are available at the bottom of this page.

The following supporting documents relevant to the preparation of the SCI are still available for inspection :

• Pre-submission Consultation Statement, setting out details of the bodies consulted pursuant to Regulation 25, how these bodies and other persons were consulted, a summary of the main issues raised in responses to consultation on the draft SCI and how these were addressed in preparing the submission version;
• Cabinet Member Report relevant to the preparation of the SCI;
• Representations Form [not currently in use] and Representations Form Guidance Note
• Summary of responses to the SCI consulation period
