Rolling Land Supply for Housing (PPS3)

Delivering a flexible supply of land for housing: 5 year, 6-10 yr, and 11-15 yr list of housing sites

Reflecting government guidance in Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing (PPS3), the City Council has identified a list of developable sites to deliver housing over the next 5 years, and a further list of proposed housing sites which could be delivered in the next 6-10 years or 11-15 years. This list is based on the GLA Housing Capacity Study (2004), unimplemented planning permissions for residential development, sites for which there is an existing planning brief, and the 'Opportunity Sites' identified in Westminster's Unitary Development Plan (adopted 2007). The accompanying maps show the location of the sites. The schedule and maps have been updated from the 2007/8 schedule.
