Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)

Annual Monitoring Report 2005-06Westminster has published its Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for the period of 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007.  It highlights the Council's achievements and progress in delivering its key planning objectives.  These include facts and figures about; housing delivery, office, retail, light industrial, entertainment and hotel floorspace.  There are also sections on biodiversity, waste, renewable energy and sustainability.  All this is set against a profile of Westminster including information on its international and national role, population, land use and employment and development pressures.

The report also sets out progress in meeting targets in producing Local Development Documents as set out in our Local Development Framework.
