Planning obligations (Section 106) - model wordings
Westminster Council has produced a range of model documents, in consultation with the Westminster Property Owners Association. These include a 'skeleton' agreement, model clauses for specific subjects, and an example of a S106 Unilateral Undertaking.
We have also produced Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) on this matter. Please click here to read the Planning Obligations SPG.
Please use the links on this page to look at these model documents for Planning Obligations. The list is not intended to be comprehensive, as each site will produce its own specific issues. However, we hope these documents will help applicants to see, at the earliest possible stage, the likely nature of any Planning Obligations that may be required to cover the more common situations that may arise.
