Can't find the property application you are looking for?

When was the application received ?
We aim to register applications within 48 hours and details should be on our website within 3 working days.

Is the property application you’re looking for on more than one street?
Try looking for the property by searching adjoining street names.  (NB: Large / complex sites will generally be listed under the street name with the largest frontage.)
If the property has more than one number it may require more than one search (eg: 22, 22-26)

There are no documents/images available online
Images will only be published online once an application has been reviewed and validated by a planning officer.   This may be some time after receipt if additional information is required to progress the application. 

Decision notices should be published online within 10 working days.

Supporting documents are not available online for applications decided before May 2000.  Decision notices can be viewed on Microfiche.  See Property History Information for more details.

Unable to display documents?
Some (mainly corporate) firewalls do not allow access to web sites using ‘port 8080’.  Check your internet settings and allow web site traffic on port 8080 from IP address 195.110.75.65 (Westminster City Council).

What does valid mean?
An application is valid once it has been reviewed by a planning officer and we are satisfied we have all the necessary information required to make a decision.  Supporting document will not be published online until an application has been validated.

Applications received prior to 1990.
Please double-check using our archive search which in some cases is indexed differently to the main database.
