Pest control is a service which ensures that the health of Westminster is not threatened by pests and vermin. Legally the Council is obliged to ensure that our streets, buildings and sewers are as free as possible from mice, rats and other vermin.
As a resident in Westminster the Pest Control team are here to advise and, in certain cases, take action on any pest problems that you may have in your home. So whether you are a home owner, leaseholder, private tenant or council tenant, we can advise and help you on what to do.
Spot a rat?
In addition to this service we also encourage you to report any rats you see in the street. This helps us pinpoint areas in the sewer system which may have an infestation problem.
Needle collections
Another service we offer is the collection of needles that you may find in your garden. Call us and we'll take them away providing they are boxed up.
