Step 2: Choosing a supplier

Three experienced landscape contractors will provide a service for anyone in Westminster who wishes to brighten up their area with hanging baskets.

Through the scheme, you can select a contractor who will discuss and agree all your requirements and budget directly with you.

Each contractor can advise you on the following factors to help decide:

• Variety of plants
• Number of baskets (pairs or singles)
• Number of plantings per year
• Site suitability, maintenance and replacement of plants
• Sponsorship signs
• Watering arrangements

Contractors will also check the suitability of lamppost sites with the Council and obtain the necessary permits.
