Pest Control Contractors and Food Businesses working in partnership will be short listed for consideration for the awards following visits by Westminster EHO’s. The initial visit will give a score based on certain criteria detailed in the Good Practice Agreement. Subsequent visits will check compliance, maintenance of standards and any improvements and a revised score will be made. The partnerships with the best scores will be shortlisted for an award.
The partnerships that have been shortlisted will then be visited and assessed by an independent panel of judges (that do not include Westminster EHO’s). The judges will then decide who wins an award based on what they see onsite and what they are told by the partnerships.
There will be different categories for awards including:
A National/International multi-site premises
A Local multi-site premises
A Large single site premises
A Small/medium single site premises
To enter these awards please first sign up to the Good Practice Agreement from April 2008 onwards. The awards process will continue later in the year.
