Blandford St - Phase 1 – New Building Construction to include:
Demolition of current building
Excavation and creation of foundations
Handover and decant to new building

Blandford St - Phase 2
Remodel of lower ground level and ground level for Foundation Stage unit
Refurbishment of 2nd and 4th floors for St Marylebone School
