To apply online for transfer to secondary school
- You must be a Westminster resident. (Otherwise you should apply through your home Local Authority). You can apply for any maintained school or academy in London (up to a maximum of six preferences) on this form.
- Your child should be in Year 6 at his/her primary school and his/her date of birth should normally fall between 1st September 1997 and 31st August 1998.
- It is strongly recommended that you read the Westminster secondary school admissions booklet Westminster: Your Choice for Secondary Education and guidance notes before applying.

- If applying for Voluntary Aided or Foundation schools you may also be required to complete the school's own supplementary form.

To apply for a reception class place at a Westminster primary school
- You can be resident anywhere in the UK but can only apply for a reception class place at Westminster primary schools (up to a maximum of six preferences). If you wish to apply for schools outside of Westminster, you should contact the appropriate Local Authority.
- Your child should normally be due to start reception class in September 2009 or January 2010 if his/her date of birth falls between 1st September 2004 and 31st August 2005.
- It is strongly recommended that you read the Westminster primary school admissions booklet Westminster: Your Choice for Primary Education and guidance notes before applying.
- If applying for Voluntary Aided or Foundation schools you may also be required to complete the school’s own supplementary form.
