Question	Can we renew our marriage vows?
Answer	It is not possible to simply renew your marriage vows in the Register Office without going through another marriage. However, it is quite possible for you to go through another marriage ceremony with the same person. It will be necessary for you to give legal notice of intended marriage, as if you have never been married before, at the register office for the district in which you live. The marriage will have no effect on the validity of your first marriage and the register will record the fact of your previous marriage.
