We are responsible for taking notice of intended marriages, which will take place between couples living in the City of Westminster. The marriage could take place in the City of Westminster, any other register office in England and Wales, approved premises in England and Wales, churches other than the Church of England or any other country or place allowed by law.

We are responsible for performing and registering all civil (non-religious) marriages taking place in the City of Westminster. We are also responsible for registering marriages in churches other than the Church of England.
