Project outline
We are planning a project of fire safety work and upgrades to the communal ventilation systems at a number of blocks on the Brunel Estate.
The scope of the planned work is summarised here.
The blocks included in the project are:

In 2020, we wrote to residents to advise the project was on hold, pending an independent review of the project. Unfortunately, it has not been possible to find a consultant to carry out this review and the project is with our Asset Strategy Team to review and agree the next steps.
We will continue to work with members of the Brunel Sounding Board and other residents to develop the project and update all residents.
