A record of all Temporary Event Notices received under the Licensing Act 2003, along with the current status of those Notices.


Personal licensing register

A summary of all applications received for the Review of a Premises Licence or a Club Certificate.


Gambling Act Register

A record of all valid applications for Gambling Act Premises licences received under the Gambling Act 2005, along with the current status of these applications.

Residents/Interested Parties

The City Council will accept a representation from interested parties that is sent in by electronic means by completing the online form on this Web site. 

Please note that although it is possible to make a representation by email, under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 on sending the text of the representation by electronic means, it should be given to/or made to the City Council in writing.
