Where can you apply?

All applications must be made by post to the address below. We cannot accept applications by e-mail.

What do you need to send to the licensing authority?

Make sure you send all of the following to the licensing service:

  • Completed application form (remember to tick the appropriate boxes on the form before signing it – if you do no not send a copy of your application form to the relevant responsible authorities your application will not be valid).
  • Fee
  • Plans of the premises (scale 1:100)

If this size of plan is inappropriate in your particular circumstances (for example if your licensed premises occupy only a small part of the building, you may apply to us in writing for written agreement to change the scale of the plan. It would be prudent to do this in good time before you need to make your application.

  • Form of consent given by the person whom the applicant wishes to be the Premises Supervisor

Also, in the event that you will be selling or supplying alcohol:

  • The consent given by the person whom the applicant wishes to be the premises supervisor
