Where do you apply for a personal licence?

You must apply in the borough where you live – not where you work

When you are making a personal licence application, you apply to the local authority, which covers the area in which the applicant is ordinarily resident. If this is Westminster City Council, send the items listed under ‘How do you apply for a personal licence?’ to:
