Massage and special treatments

Establishment’s in the City of Westminster (e.g. shop, clinic, work-place, sports centre, club etc.) where special treatments are provided to persons for gain or reward must be in possession of a valid special treatment licence issued by the Westminster City Council. The Premises Licensing Inspectors carry out inspections of these premises to ensure they are complying with the conditions of their licence (including the Council’s standard conditions). The Premises Licensing Inspectors also enforce against premises offering special treatments without a licence that are not exempt from the requirement to obtain a licence.
