How do I apply?

hand turning application formPlease read the temporary structure licence application form carefully. You need to complete all sections, including information about the type of structure, the proposed works, and details of the structure.

 

Important Information 

  • The minimum notice for applications is 12 days.
  • You need to obtain all appropriate planning permission/listed building/conservation area consents when applying for your licence. Your application will not be considered unless these are attached.
  • All measurements must be provided in metres.  To convert measurements from feet into metres you can use this online conversion tool.

How long will it take?

We aim to process your temporary structure licence application within 12 working days of receipt.  To prevent delay, it is important that you enclose all the necessary documents and payment as advised on the application form.
