Suspensions, Dispensations and Skips

Westminster offers two services for vehicles that need to park outside premises in order to carry out works or to deliver heavy equipment - parking bay suspensions and yellow line dispensations. 

If you wish to deposit a skip on the street (public highway) you will need to apply for skip licence, which also requires a parking suspension or yellow line dispensation (skips allowed on single yellow lines only).
